Membership and Recording Forms
Membership information:
Individual Members. Those persons who have joined this Association as either a Junior or Senior member.
They shall be eligible to participate in all appropriate classes at BRHJA recognized shows.
The annual dues shall be set by the Board of Directors each year and are payable during the show year; however, points earned will not be counted until the member has paid his/her dues.
All memberships shall expire on November 30, and all memberships are renewable as of December 1.
Senior members: Those persons who have reached their 18th birthday on December 1 for the show year.
Junior Members: Those persons who have not reached their 18th birthday on December 1 for the show year.
BRHJA requires horses to be members annually.
Current Lifetime Memberships will be honored until January 1, 2026.
After January 1, 2026 all Owners, Riders, Trainers must be recorded annually.
Beginning January 1, 2025 all horses must be recorded annually
If a Farm owns the horse, the Farm will be counted as a separate owner and will need to become a member.
Member points for a show will be counted as long as memberships are paid for by the last day of the show.
Both owner and rider and trainer must be BRHJA members in order for points to count.
Points begin from the first show where this form is turned in to the secretary or by postmark on the envelope if mailed.
Rates for membership shall be $30.00 per person.
Horse recording fee is $30.00

To become a member or Record your horse/pony please fill out form on page and hit submit, then please ego to payment and pay with CC or mail a check with members name in the memo section, as soon as check is received we will update your status.
There is a $2.00 convenience fee for credit cards to cover the processing fee we pay.

2026 BRHJA ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
Points will count from day you join going forward...
If you are doing both a Annual Membership and a horse recording after hitting submit, scroll down and hit payment, then you are able to x out of the checkout, go to horse recording and hit submit then payment, and you will be able to check out once.
Remember Trainers you must be a member for your students points to count!
Hunter and Jumper and Derby Divisions - Owner, Rider, Horse and Trainer must be members
Equitation Divisions - Rider and Trainer must be members.
If you are leasing a horse and are the rider of the horse, you do not need to have the actual owner of said horse become a member, the only time an Owner needs to become a member if is they are a NON-RIDING owner. (ie, you have your trainer ride and show your horse.)
